She appears in the blooming fields as an angel of death. A dark beauty that descends upon valley, casting out and restoring the natural order The setting sun slips into the horizon and with a scythe and wand in hand, begins her mission of reclamation. Without death, there is no life. Without evil, there is no good.

The valley was, indeed, a very happy place. Farmers were content with their crops but soon the and the forests gave way to more fields that stretched from side to side of the valley. Families grew up and ebbed and flowed with the passage of time. Through generations the valley insulated from outside contact remained a isolated place. Foreigners from the city and workers from far countries came to the valley for work and escaping the problems they left behind. The valley people were far from inviting. They mistrusted all to the point that they were suspicious of all.
